I have a slight problem!

One of our members purchased our guild when he wasnt supposed to. Everthing's fine and dandy, its just that alot of our members have a problem with who it lists as the founder (We had a specific leader). I was wondering that if the guild was disbanded (broken up, whatever), would it be possible to make another guild with the same name? >_>

i believe he can transfer leadership to another member...

but it still says he was the founder, and nobody the guild wants it to say that <_<

I did the same thing, i wanted another class and i was supposed to be the guild founder, so i disbanded ( hoping i could create the guild name again ) and i was able to, so just disband and recreate( at least on the 27th it could be done that way )
